亲爱的同学们：
目前，正值中国抗击新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情的关键阶段。为了尽快打赢这场肺炎疫情阻击战，中国党和政府采取了一系列强有力的应对措施，受到了国际社会的一致好评。作为在中国留学的外国留学生，也请大家大力支持并积极配合学校所采取的疫情防控工作措施。下面，我们将有针对性的提出几点要求：
Dear
students,
At present, China is at a critical stage in the fight
against the novel coronavirus
pneumonia infection. In order to win this fight as soon as possible, the
Chinese Communist Party and Chinese government have adopted a series of
powerful countermeasures, which have been well received by the international
communities. As international students studying in China, please also support
and actively cooperate with the epidemic prevention and control measures
adopted by Ningxia Medical University. We hereby make a few requirements
specifically：
一、针对全体留学生
1、2020年3月2日以前不返校，具体返校时间待定，将另行通知；
2、学校将于3月2日逐步开展网上教学工作，请同学们注意关注学院有关通知；
3、不信谣、不传谣，正确看待肺炎疫情，可多关注WHO官方渠道信息。
I. For all international students
1.
The university has postponed the 2020 Spring Semester. The specific start time
is to be determined and will be notified separately;
2.
The university will gradually carry out online teaching work since 2 March.
Please pay attention to the relevant notices from the training school or
department;
3.
Don't believe the rumor, don't spread the rumor, treat the pneumonia epidemic
correctly, and get information from official WHO channel.
二、针对假期离校回国的留学生
1、未经学校允许，严禁提前返校，否则将受到纪律处分；
2、珍惜和家人在一起的美好时光，分享自己在皇冠welcome官网的学习生活经历。
II. International students who left university and went
back home country
1.
It is strictly forbidden to return to the university in advance without the
permission of the school, or you will be subject to disciplinary action;
2.
Cherish the good time with your family and share your study and life experience
at Ningxia Medical University.
三、针对假期留校且校外居住的留学生
1、遵守学校及所在社区的规章制度，严禁聚会聚餐，减少不必要的外出，注意个人卫生；
2、若出现发烧或咳嗽症状，须立即向主管辅导员上报，并赴校外公立医院进行就诊；
3、调整个人心态，保持乐观态度，保持规律作息，看看书，听听音乐或进行室内健身。
III. For
international students who stay and live off campus
1.
Obey the rules and regulations of the community where you live. It is strictly
forbidden to gather for dinner, reduce unnecessary outing, and pay attention to
personal hygiene;
2.
If you have a fever or cough, you must report it to advisor immediately, and go
to a public hospital outside the university for treatment;
3.
Adjust your personal mentality, maintain an optimistic attitude, keep a healthy
schedule, read books, listen to music or workout indoor.
四、针对假期留校且校内居住的留学生
1、遵守学校和学院规章制度，服从门卫管理，注意个人卫生；
2、若出现发烧或咳嗽症状，须立即向主管辅导员上报，并赴医院进行就诊；
3、调整个人心态，保持乐观态度，保持规律作息，看看书，听听音乐或进行室内健身；
4、宿舍保洁和值班老师每天将定时到各个宿舍进行体温测量、杀菌消毒、意见收集和综合服务，请同学们积极配合。
IV.
International students who stay and live on campus
1.
Obey the rules and regulations of NXMU and SIE, obey the securities management
and pay attention to personal hygiene;
2.
If you have a fever or cough, you must report it immediately to advisor and go
to the university hospital for treatment;
3.
Adjust your personal mentality, maintain an optimistic attitude, keep a healthy
schedule, read books, listen to music or workout indoor;
4.
The cleaner and school teacher will go to each dormitory for body temperature
test, sterilization, opinion collection and comprehensive services. Please
cooperate with their work actively.
